Through fluid damping within the path, it efficiently reduces pressure, resulting in drip irrigation tape whose flow uniformity far outperforms traditional options like flat drippers and single-wing labyrinth drippers. The outlet features an innovative slotted design that doubles as a check valve. When negative pressure forms in the tape, the slot automatically closes, preventing soil suction from the field and blocking crop root intrusion — eliminating clogging issues at the source.

Composition of the T-tape drip irrigation pipe production line:
Dryer + material suction machine: Used for drying raw materials and feeding materials;
Extruder and calender: Equipped with a 22kW servo motor, it relies on the precise speed regulation and positioning capabilities of the servo control system to maintain stable operation during high-speed production, reducing the risk of failure. Calender flow rate is optional;
Main unit: A single-screw extruder with a 90mm screw is selected, with a maximum extrusion capacity of 180kg/h, suitable for both virgin raw material production and production with up to 90% recycled materials. Adopting a servo motor drive system, it is energy-saving and ensures high-speed and stable production;
Stainless steel vacuum sizing and cooling water tank: Including dripper bonding and sizing device, vacuum generation control system, pinhole/hole detection device, and pipe breakage detection device;
Traction machine: Dual synchronous belt traction, pneumatic clamping, with a traction speed range of 0-450m/min;
Automatic drilling system: Optional with 4 or 6 units, equipped with a vacuum chip removal device;
Dual-station automatic winding machine: Driven by a servo motor, used for automatic metering and cutting of formed pipes;
Automatic control system: Equipped with functions such as screen changer pressure prompt, dripper shortage alarm, drilling error alarm, one-button start, and automatic pipe breakage separation. It enables one-person quick start-up to reduce waste, and features dual-screen display for drilling camera monitoring.
