T-tape drip irrigation pipe production line

The high-speed strip-type drip irrigation tape production line consists of:

• Dryer + Feeder: Used for drying raw materials and feeding;

• Extruder and Mill: Equipped with a 22KW servo motor, relying on the precise speed adjustment and positioning capabilities of the servo control system, the equipment can maintain stable operation during high-speed production, reducing the risk of failure. The mill flow rate is selectable;

• Main Unit: A single-screw extruder with a 90mm screw and a maximum extrusion capacity of 180kg/h is selected, which can adapt to raw material production and 90% recycled material production; a servo motor drive system is adopted, which saves energy and electricity, ensuring high-speed and stable production;

• Stainless steel vacuum sizing cooling water tank: including dripper bonding sizing device, vacuum generation and control system, pinhole and rot detection device, and pipe breakage detection device;

•  Traction machine: dual synchronous belt traction, pneumatic clamping, traction speed 0-450m/min; 

• Automatic drilling: four/six units optional, equipped with vacuum chip removal device; 

• Dual-station automatic winding machine: driven by servo motor, used for automatic meter counting and cutting of formed pipes;

• Automatic control system: equipped with screen replacement pressure prompt, dripper shortage, drilling error and other alarm functions, one-button start function, automatic pipe breakage separation function, which can realize one person to quickly start the machine and reduce waste; drilling camera dual-screen display.
