Equipment Features:

• Adopts computer system control with touchscreen operation, ensuring stable production processes, easy operation, energy efficiency, and high performance.
  

• Dripper feeding, screening and sorting, conveying and inserting, pipe exiting, punching, and winding are completed simultaneously, delivering a high level of automation.

• The extruder screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38CrMoALA nitriding alloy. After ion nitriding treatment, the surface hardness reaches HV850-1000. The optimized screw design ensures uniform plasticization of extruded materials and a smooth pipe surface.

• The extrusion die and sizing cooling unit feature a unique structure and are made of special materials, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy.

• The traction machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation to meet various process speed requirements. The rubber protective layer on the track effectively prevents the drip irrigation pipe from being deformed by clamping.

• The punching machine is a mechanical type, featuring high punching speed and stable operation.

Features of inlaid cylindrical drip irrigation pipes:

1. The dripper spacing can be adjusted according to the needs of different crops, in either equidistant or non-equidistant configurations.
   

2. The dripper features a unique wide-arc flow channel design, which creates full turbulence and self-flushing action for excellent anti-clogging performance. It allows for long laying lengths of up to 100 meters

3. Suitable for use on plains, hills, and sloped terrain.

4. Each dripper has 1, 2, or 4 water outlets, further enhancing its anti-clogging capability.

5. With a wall thickness of up to 1.5 mm, the pipe offers a long service life.
