Equipment Features:

• The extruder screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38CrMoALA nitriding alloy, and after ion nitriding treatment, the surface hardness reaches HV850-1000. The screw is optimized to ensure uniform plasticization of extruded materials and smooth tube surface.

• The extrusion die and shaping and cooling device have unique structures and are made of special materials, ensuring accurate sizing dimensions.

• The traction machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can meet various process speed requirements. The track surface has a rubber protective layer to effectively prevent the drip irrigation tube from being deformed by the traction machine.

• The punching machine is a mechanical punching machine with fast punching speed and stable operation.

• A dual-station winding machine is adopted, and the winding length can be adjusted as needed.

Features of inlaid cylindrical drip irrigation pipes:

1. The dripper spacing can be adjusted according to the needs of different crops, either equidistant or non-equidistant.

2. The dripper adopts a unique design with a wide arc flow channel, providing full turbulence, self-flushing, and strong anti-clogging ability. It can be laid for a long distance, up to 100 meters.

3. It can be used on plains, hills, and slopes.

4. Each dripper has one or two water outlets or four outlets, providing strong anti-clogging ability.

5. The wall thickness can reach 1.5 mm, resulting in a long service life.
