Core Advantages of the Equipment – Pneumatic Drilling:

High Drilling Precision, Adapting to Precise Assembly of Pressure Compensation Cores

The pneumatic drill provides high-frequency, stable drilling with a hole diameter deviation ≤0.02mm. The hole position is completely coaxial with the silicone compensation core of the dripper, avoiding leakage and unstable flow caused by hole position deviation. The assembly qualification rate of pressure compensation drippers is increased to over 98%.

Burr-Free Drilling, Reducing the Risk of Dripper Clogging

The pneumatic drill uses a cutting-type drilling method, resulting in smooth hole walls without plastic burrs, preventing residual debris from clogging the dripper flow channel.

Stable Drilling Efficiency, Minimal Production Fluctuations

The pneumatic drill has a constant power output, and the drilling speed is synchronized with the production line traction speed. Even under high-speed production conditions, the drilling qualification rate remains stable.

Compatible with Dual-Production, Low Retrofit Costs

Only by switching the drilling module and dripper assembly components, production can be switched between "pressure compensation drip irrigation tape" and "conventional patch drip irrigation tape" within 30 minutes. No additional production line is required, significantly reducing equipment investment for multi-product expansion.


Features of Pressure Compensating Drip Irrigation Tape (Pipe):

  1. Pressure Adaptability: Built-in silicone compensation core, flow fluctuation ≤5% within the working pressure range (usually 0.1-0.4MPa), flow difference ≤7% between the first and last ends; conventional patch tape experiences flow fluctuation of 10%-15% for every 0.1MPa pressure change, with a difference of up to 30% over long distances (>100m).

  2. Strong Terrain Adaptability: Can irrigate evenly on slopes, mountains, and irregular plots, with the flow difference between the top and bottom of the slope reduced to 3% (compared to approximately 28% for conventional).

  3. Anti-clogging + Self-cleaning: Wide flow channel + continuous self-rinsing, combined with multi-layer filter, resistant to impurities and biological clogging, suitable for areas with poor water quality.

  4. Durability and Anti-backflow: High-quality engineering plastic + silicone, UV resistant, chemical corrosion resistant, some models feature anti-backflow design to prevent negative pressure suction and clogging of holes. (5) More precise water and fertilizer: Stable flow ensures uniform water and fertilizer, improves utilization rate by 20%-35%, and makes crop growth and yield more stable.
