Adopting a widened labyrinth water channel design, water flows in a turbulent state. Combined with a multi-outlet layout, this significantly reduces the risk of silt clogging and ensures uniform, stable irrigation. Equipped with a custom-designed forming wheel, the system clearly replicates the labyrinth channel and allows flexible setting of labyrinth outlet spacings from 60 to 800 mm to meet user needs, adapting to diverse crop planting patterns. The dripper flow rate covers the full range of 1.0–6 L/H, satisfying the differentiated irrigation requirements for crops from vegetables to fruit trees.
Precision Wear-Resistant Plasticizing Extrusion Unit
The core component is a uniquely designed special screw, subjected to both tempering and nitriding treatments. With high strength and excellent wear resistance, its service life is extended by over 50% compared to conventional screws.
Intelligent Automated Control System
The entire line adopts a PLC central control system, enabling synchronous speed regulation across extrusion, forming, traction, and winding processes. It is equipped with an automatic winder featuring integrated automatic metering, precise cutting, and end-face alignment control. The winding length can be freely set up to 3000 meters, with an end-face alignment tolerance of ≤±2 mm, greatly reducing manual intervention.
