Core Equipment Configuration:

• Single-Screw Extruder: Equipped with a 90mm screw, the screw and barrel are manufactured from high-quality 38CrMoAlA alloy steel through forging, tempering, and nitriding treatments. The screw itself is made of hardened bimetallic material, offering high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion resistance for a significantly extended service life. The optimized screw design is suitable for processing recycled PE materials, ensuring uniform and thorough plasticizing and melting to guarantee the density of the water hose.

• Vacuum Sizing Tank: It adopts a combined spray and immersion cooling method with a stainless steel housing, ensuring precise outer diameter and uniform wall thickness of the water hose. Simple and convenient to operate, it effectively prevents deformation after forming.

•  Tracked Traction Machine: Delivering fast and stable traction speed, it precisely matches the extrusion rhythm to ensure the surface gloss of the water hose. Both traction height and speed can be adjusted via frequency conversion to adapt to the production of different product specifications.

Applicable Scenarios：

It is widely used in farmland irrigation, greenhouse cultivation (for seedlings, strawberries, watermelons, and other crops), garden and lawn sprinkler irrigation, industrial water supply, and fire protection applications. As the core conveying equipment connecting the water source with drip irrigation tapes/micro-sprinkler tapes, it features easy installation and disassembly, high mobility, and reusability.
