Core Equipment Configuration:
Single-Screw Extruder: Utilizes a 90mm screw. The screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, forged, tempered, and nitrided. The screw itself is made of hardened bimetallic material, offering high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, significantly extending its service life. The new screw structure is suitable for processing recycled PE materials, ensuring uniform and thorough plasticizing and melting, guaranteeing the density of the wet conveyor belt.
Vacuum Sizing Tank: Employs a combined spray and immersion cooling method, with a stainless steel housing, ensuring precise outer diameter and uniform thickness of the wet conveyor belt. It is also simple and convenient to operate, preventing deformation after molding.
Tracked Traction Machine: Offers fast and stable traction speed, precisely matching the extrusion rhythm to ensure the surface gloss of the wet conveyor belt. Traction height and speed can be adjusted via frequency conversion to adapt to the production of different product specifications.

It is widely used in farmland irrigation, greenhouse cultivation (seedling, strawberry, watermelon and other crops), garden and grassland sprinkler irrigation, industrial water supply and fire protection. It is the core conveying equipment connecting water source and drip irrigation belt/micro-sprinkler belt. It is easy to install and disassemble, highly mobile and reusable.
